Response expectations

Support is handled on business days (Monday–Friday). We aim to respond to new tickets within 2 business days. Security reports and outage-level problems are prioritised ahead of everything else.

Bugs and feature requests

Junban Desk is open source. If you are comfortable with GitHub you can also file bugs and feature requests directly at github.com/thomasbergernz/junban-desk/issues — please still use the support portal for anything account- or site-specific.

Security vulnerabilities

Please do not report security vulnerabilities in public issues or regular support tickets. Follow the security policy and report privately via GitHub Security Advisories.
